Portugal is a country I really enjoy visiting, and it’s really easy to combine both golf and beach life to an amazing holiday here. The Algarve and the Lisbon coast is probably the best place to go. There are several golf courses here that are really close to the beach. Portugal is not the cheapest country out there, but it’s beautifull, and I’m sure you will have a great time.

Mallorca is another place I enjoy visiting, and last time I was here I stayed at the Golf Beach Hotel. It is a pretty cheap hotel, only two stars, but I thought I got really good value for my money here. For the golf lovers it’s great that it’s only 700 metres from the Santa Ponsa golf course. The hotel is also within walking distance from the beach, so definitely check this place out.

This island is perfect for a week in the sun, unless you have a problem with being at a charter destination like this place is. It is the center of the three northern islands of the Sporades and thus lots of tourists find their way here. There are lots of beautifull beaches on the island though, so you should be able to find one that’s not overly crowded.

The main village on Skiathos is a pretty busy town. You will find lots of bars, restaurants, travel angencies and souvenier shops here. The nightlife is also pretty good cause of all the tourists in the area, and you should definitely spend a few nights checking out all the pubs and discos.
